Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest I feel most alive surrounded by trees and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

When I am not working you will most likely find me spending time outdoors, volunteering with my church and exploring this beautiful planet with my family.

For years I have wanted to attend the Sunset Supper at Pike Place Market. And this year was the year I finally made it happen. In reality, my husband made it happen by working for a generous sponsor of the Pike Place Market Foundation. Regardless, I was fortunate to tag along, put on one of my favorite Summer dresses, spend a night out together and eat some of the most delicious food Seattle has to offer. All in all seeing the amazing facility the Pike Place Market Foundation has built to house previously homeless, the weather, and the cotton candy were some of the highlights.

On top of the copious amounts of food, drink and entertainment this was an amazing opportunity to help give back to the Market community. The funds raised during the Sunset Supper benefit the mission of the Pike Place Market Foundation and support the caring community at Pike Place Market.
