Summer at Mount Rainier
A couple weeks ago we made our annual pilgrimage to Mount Rainier to see the wildflowers. Unlike in years past the weather was a bit cloudy and cool, but that did not stop us from having a wonderful time and enjoying the beautiful scenery. We hiked around spotting waterfalls and so many marmots I lost track. We even happened upon two marmots fighting. It was crazy we could even hear their teeth clashing against one another. I am so happy our children are able to grow up in such a stunning place. There is nothing quite like a day spent outdoors.
