Keukenhof
Keukenhof is like Disneyland for flower lovers. It is the annual place growers get to showcase their best and brightest for the coming year. After a couple hours perusing the different displays I kept thinking about how I did not need to be taking so many photographs of flowers, but in the end it was too beautiful not to capture.
When it comes to flowers I always tend to gravitate toward pinks and reds.
Undulating rows of flowers are much more intriguing than straight lines.
These fringy tulips were luscious in orange.
Keukenhof is a large enough property that we never felt crowded or like we were unable to enjoy the flowers because other people were in our way.
I would consider this the backyard of my dreams.
Flowers in every imaginable color.
This tulip really stole my heart because it looks like a peony and reminds me of our wedding flowers.
If you ever find yourself in the Netherlands during Springtime Keukenhof is a must see. You can see every imaginable type of tulip and purchase bulbs so you can create your own garden wonderland.
